After the gym closed, I was wondering what I could do to replace the lack of activity. Thus, I came back to one of the things I used to do a lot – running. This time, however, I appreciated it much more since it was one of the opportunities to leave my house. And it is so nice to be in nature and be outside, I noticed that I used to take it for granted, but that has changed. Besides that, I developed a habit of running every week, it keeps my energy up and I feel great afterwards. However, it has gotten harder, since I haven’t been running for quite some time now, but this time I have a lot more motivation to do it. Having this routine thing is really helping me stay sane during this quarantine and I bet that I will keep doing it for a long time.
